“THE MORE A CHILD DEVELOPS THEIR LOVE OF LEARNING, THE MORE THEY WILL FLOURISH AND THE HAPPIER THEY WILL BE.”

Early Education philosophy emphasizes on the promotion of an integrated, holistic approach to teaching and learning as the basis for fostering a passion for life long learning in young children.

Based on the Early Years Learning Framework, Early Education provides a child-centred early learning program which adheres to a student – centred, self directed and experiential learning pedagogy that emphasise on artistic self -expression and engaged creativity.

Our key learning outcomes are aligned to the National Early Learning Framework and encompass the following key understandings –
  • Children have a strong sense of identity.
  • Children are connected with and contribute to their environment.
  • Children have a strong sense of wellbeing.
  • Children are confident and involved learners.
  • Children are effective communicators.

Our philosophy recognises the importance of connections between children, families and communities and the importance of reciprocal relationships and partnerships for learning. We believe that a strong connection to the local community enhances learning opportunities and provide a sense of belonging, awareness of a broader social network and a higher respect for individuality of people.

Moreover, our service and educators recognise and value the role of families as primary caregivers, and the importance of a well-established and supportive relationship in the development of a child and his/her learning. Hence, the individuality of parents and families is appreciated and the care provided is adapted to each child’s family circumstance.

We understand the significance of providing a safe and secure environment which is inclusive to the physical and emotional well-being of children, family and staff.
The scheme abides by the National Law, National Regulations, National Law, standards and service policies in order to provide, maintain and embrace a service that emphasises on the importance of safety, well-being and positive relationships.
